Notes to applicant

This form is to be used by business requesting support in respect to quarantine leave costs incurred due to employees forced to take quarantine leave as required by Legal Notice 40 of 2020 Period of Quarantine Order, 2020 published under the Public Health Act (Chapter 465 of the Laws of Malta) as subsequently may have been amended at the date of filling this application. Employers may request a grant of €350 in respect of any member of staff who have/had to take quarantine leave in terms of this legal notice.

This Form and any attached documents will be treated as confidential.

In processing this Application Form, Malta Enterprise may request further information and documentation.

The quality of the information provided in this Application will impact the time the Corporation will need to process your request. You should hence make sure that your entries are clearly explained and substantiated and that sufficient detail is provided.
